3. Booking and Confirmation

To book our services, clients must provide accurate and complete information. Upon booking, a confirmation will be sent outlining the details of the service, including date, time, and cost estimates.

3.1 Changes and Cancellations

Clients may request changes or cancellations to their bookings subject to our Cancellation Policy outlined in section 7.2.

4. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing is based on the volume of items to be cleared, the complexity of the job, and any additional services required. All prices are subject to change based on these factors.

4.1 Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept various payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards, and online transfers.

5. Client Obligations

Clients are responsible for:

5.1 Prohibited Items

6. Company's Obligations

6.1 Limitation of Liability

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Clients may cancel services with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within this period may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined below.

7.1 Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees are as follows:

  • More than 48 hours' notice: Full refund.
  • 24 to 48 hours' notice: 50% of the service cost.
  • Less than 24 hours' notice: No refund.
